I am responsible for the day to day running of the CATCH Skills training operation, ensuring all existing and new training provision is delivered to the highest quality, exceeding customer expectations. I ensure new course material is based on the clients’ needs and formulate bespoke training plans to meet their requirements. I work closely with the Account Manager and clients to ensure that our customers are receiving a first-class service every time.
I love coming into work and every day I walk through the doors positive about what the new day will bring. We have an excellent team at CATCH, everyone supports each other to make sure we are all working to our full potential.
We are constantly striving to improve the quality of our training delivery and to widen the choice of courses we offer here at CATCH. In 10 years’ time, I hope to have played a significant part in the future development plans for CATCH and to see these realised, or retired knowing I’ve left CATCH in a better place.
If I could give myself one piece of advice 10 years ago, I would tell myself to move to CATCH sooner! Amazing people with fantastic facilities.
