The candidate has to successfully use appropriate tools and equipment to dismantle and inspect 2 flanges, report any faults and prepare, assemble, and secure a flanged pipework joint as per specified drawing and within set tolerances.
Delegate must first complete a 20 question online test and pass
80% to do the practical test.
Delegate must have previously sat MJI-I0 course and completed stage 2 logbooks and signed by supervisor within 12 months or hold a letter of endorsement by employer.
On successful completion of the test the delegate will be given a 3 year Certificate.
This stage is a repeat of stage 3 with evidence of Certificate before it expires, if Certificate is expired a letter of endorsement must accompany the Certificate
