The CATCH award for excellence is a scheme for recognising when one of our employees really goes above and beyond. Heidi Evans, Cleaning Supervisor,  was nominated and then subsequently presented with the award at our team meeting.

Heidis manager, Paul Snowden said of her nomination “Heidi goes above and beyond in her role always putting her team and CATCH before herself.  She maintains extremely high standards at all times and nothing seems too much for her. She will drop everything including her holidays if necessary to cover for her colleagues for any unforeseen circumstances if required.  She is extremely pleasant and cheerful and interacts well with all on site and is a real pleasure to have around – a well-deserved award!”

On receipt of her award Heidi commented, “I really wasn’t expecting this award and I was very surprised to learn I had been nominated, but also very pleased to accept it. As I said I was very surprised but I a very happy to receive this. I work with an exceptionally good team and I have a great boss Paul, who I enjoy working with, he brightens my day”.
