The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the apprenticeship recruitment process runs smoothly from initial application through to onboarding in the training centre.
Reporting to the Head of Outreach and Engagement, responsibilities will include the process of initial learner applications, carrying out interview workshops as part of the recruitment process and supporting with schools engagement and employer events throughout the year.
Experience in administration and coordination is essential, with experience working in an apprenticeship, education or training sector would be advantageous.

CATCH is looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor to join our award-winning CATCH Apprenticeships provision.
Responsibilities of the role include assessing Electrical Apprentices undertaking their NVQ Level 3, as well as the knowledge, behaviour and skills within the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician standards delivered at CATCH.
You will work with the lead apprenticeship assessor to ensure that assessment is of the highest quality and meeting the expectations and standards of our accredited training providers and also those of the apprenticeship employers.

CATCH is looking for an Electrical Apprenticeship Trainer to join our award-winning CATCH Apprenticeships provision.
Working within the CATCH Apprenticeships Delivery Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality and engaging education and training is provided to apprentices, providing them with the best possible preparation for industry. Delivery will also include both theoretical and practical based learning, as well as ensuring that both Accreditation and Ofsted requirements and standards are met.
Industry experience as an electrician or electrical engineer is essential, as well as an interest in working with young people and shaping the workforce of the future.
Experience delivering electrical training and an understanding of apprenticeships is desirable but not essential.
