TECHNICAL TRAINER

With the increasing expansion of our CATCH Skills training brand, CATCH currently have a vacancy for a Technical Trainer to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly respected and rapidly growing training provider for the Process, Engineering, Energy and Renewables sectors.

The work will include developing and delivering a program of courses utilising the CATCH engineering workshops, our purpose-built training facilities and state of art Process Plant based at the CATCH facility in Stallingborough. There will also be an opportunity to work closely with our expanding client base to tailor the course to their specific requirements, ensuring the design and deliver is to the highest quality, exceeding the customer expectations.

Slinging & Lifting

Mechanical Maintenance

Relevant experience and qualifications, such as a formal training qualification (or working towards this), are required. Also required is an understanding of training and development and relevant qualification systems.  The individual will also possess excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
