Paul Robinson’s career spans military service and education. After a seven-year tenure in the Royal Navy, where he developed leadership, discipline, and strategic planning skills, Paul transitioned into the field of education.

Starting as a teacher, Paul quickly gained recognition for his ability to inspire and engage students. His dedication and passion for knowledge led him to manage curriculum development, where he ensured educational programs met high standards and adapted to evolving needs.

In the past five years, Paul was an associate principal within the further education sector. He has played a key role in designing and implementing curricula across various sectors and funding age categories, collaborating with educators and industry partners to create forward-thinking programs.

Paul Robinson’s journey from the Royal Navy to a leadership role in education shows his commitment to excellence and his drive to positively impact students’ lives whilst shaping the future of education.
