Lesley has a wide range of skills learnt throughout her long career in finance and general administration.  She started with Humber Client Contractor Training Association (Impress) in 2004 and quickly became involved with the development of CATCH and was one of the first two original members of staff when it opened in 2006.  She was also involved in the merger with Humber Chemical Focus when the companies joined forces to become HCF CATCH Ltd.   She has seen many changes since the site has grown and has worked in most departments as the company has evolved, i.e. Accounts, Reception, Room Hire, Events, Concom, Operations including assisting with the legal requirements for contracts and now has overall responsibility for HR and recruitment for the site.  Lesley was involved in the site receiving the initial accreditation for ISO 9001 and continues to be involved in the quality side of the business.   Lesley is also secretariat for the Humber Bank Engineering Management Forum (HEMF) and the Humber HR Leaders Forum.  She enjoys building and maintaining relationships with the Clients, Suppliers and also the Tenants in the Technical Training Centre where she is based.  Usually whenever there is a job to be done and no one knows who to give it to – it comes winging her way!
